Customer support software pricing, quoted for your team
Customer support software pricing usually depends on how many agents you have and which parts of the platform you actually use. Rather than publish a number that would be wrong for most businesses, we quote each account: tell us your team size and what you sell, and you get a figure the same week.

Three plans, by what you need to run

Why we quote instead of publishing a price list
Two reasons, and neither of them is a sales tactic.
The same seat is not worth the same to every business
A three-person shop answering fifty messages a week and a subscription business running thousands of renewals a month use the same product very differently. A single published per-seat figure would overcharge the first and undercharge the second. We would rather ask two questions and give you an accurate number.
Order and subscription management is not an add-on tick box
Support tooling is fairly standard to price. The part of DaoudChat that manages orders and subscriptions depends on your statuses, your renewal logic and how your catalogue is structured. That is a conversation, not a checkbox.
What you need to tell us
- How many people will answer customers
- Whether you need the mobile app, the widget, or both
- Whether you sell physical goods, subscriptions, or both
- Roughly how many conversations you handle in a month
That is enough for a quote. If you are still deciding whether DaoudChat is the right category of tool at all, the comparison with ManyChat spells out what we do and do not cover.
Questions
Pricing questions, answered
Is there a free trial?
Yes. We open a working workspace for you so you can install the widget, invite your team and handle real conversations before committing to anything. It is a real account, not a demo video.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in both directions. Moving between Starter, Business and Enterprise does not require reinstalling anything: your widget, your mobile app and your conversation history stay exactly as they are. Only the features available to your team change.
Is there a long-term contract or commitment?
No long-term lock-in is required. We would rather keep you because the product works than because a contract says so. If your procurement process needs a longer agreement for an Enterprise account, we will structure one and discuss the terms openly.
How quickly can we be up and running?
The widget is one script tag, so the technical part takes minutes. Setting up your statuses, your team and your languages usually takes an afternoon. The three-step overview on our homepage walks through it.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your conversations, customer records and order history are yours. We provide an export on request, and Enterprise accounts can agree specific retention and deletion terms in writing.
