A customer support app for your clients and your team

One customer support app, two sides. Your customers follow their orders, subscriptions and invoices and message you from their phone. Your agents work the same conversation queue on theirs, without being tied to a desk.

Passwordless sign-in · Push notifications · 5 languages

Customer side

Everything they bought, and a way to reach you

A customer service app is only used if it answers the questions people actually have. Here the first screen shows the order in progress and the next renewal date — the two things customers write in about most.

  • Orders and their live status, updated as your team moves them
  • Subscriptions with renewal and expiry dates
  • Invoices and purchase history, downloadable
  • A support conversation that continues the one started in the website chat widget
  • Push notification on every reply and every status change

Staff side

Your team answers from anywhere

The same app, signed in as a team member, becomes a support console. Agents pick up conversations, reply with full context and hand over to a colleague — from a phone, between two other tasks.

  • The conversation queue from the shared team inbox, on mobile
  • Replies with the customer record and their orders and subscriptions attached
  • Transfers to another agent, with the thread kept intact
  • Status changes and canned replies, same as on the dashboard
  • Notifications when a conversation is assigned or left waiting

Access and delivery

Nothing between the customer and their account

Most support apps lose people at the login screen. This one does not have one in the usual sense.

Passwordless sign-in

A one-time code is sent to the customer and they are in. No password to invent, forget or reset — and nothing for you to store.

Push notifications

Replies and status changes reach the right person immediately, whether the app is open or closed.

iOS and Android

The same app on both platforms, with the same account as the web dashboard and the site widget.

Five languages

English, French, Arabic, Spanish and Portuguese, with right-to-left layout for Arabic. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.

Customer support app FAQ

Is the customer support app the same for customers and for staff?

It is one app with two experiences. A customer signs in and sees their orders, subscriptions, invoices and support conversation. A team member signs in and sees the conversation queue, the customer records and the reply tools.

Do customers have to create a password?

No. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to the customer, so there is no password to invent, forget or reset. That removes the most common reason people abandon an account.

Which platforms does the app run on?

The app is available on iOS and Android, and the same account works on the web dashboard and in the website chat widget.

Can agents reply from their phone without a laptop?

Yes. Agents see the queue, open a conversation with its full history, reply, change a status and transfer to a colleague, exactly as they would from the dashboard.

What triggers a push notification?

Customers are notified when an agent replies and when one of their orders or subscriptions changes status. Agents are notified when a conversation is assigned to them or has been waiting too long.
