Live chat widget for your website
Add a live chat widget to any website with one line of script. It picks up your colours and your logo, speaks your visitor's language, and keeps every conversation so nobody has to repeat themselves.

Installation
One line of code, on any site
There is no plugin to maintain and no framework to adopt. You paste a single script tag before the closing </body> of your pages and the chat widget for your website is live.
- Works on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and custom-built sites
- Same snippet across every page — no per-page configuration
- Asynchronous loading, so your page renders first and your Core Web Vitals stay untouched
- No cookie banner headache: the widget only stores what it needs to reopen a conversation
Once messages start coming in, your team answers them from the shared team inbox or from the mobile app for staff.
What the widget does
Live chat for website visitors, without the friction
Everything a visitor needs to reach you, and everything your team needs to answer properly the first time.
Custom colours and logo
Set the accent colour, the logo and the welcome message so the widget reads as part of your site, not as a bolt-on.
Files and voice notes
Photos, PDFs and voice messages go both ways. A screenshot beats three paragraphs of description.
Automatic language detection
The widget reads the visitor's browser language and answers in English, French, Arabic, Spanish or Portuguese — with full right-to-left layout for Arabic.
Conversation history kept
A returning visitor reopens the same thread and finds the whole exchange. No ticket number to quote, no story to tell twice.
No performance cost
The script is deferred and loads once the browser is idle. Your page paints first; the widget arrives after.
Push notifications
Your visitor is notified when an agent replies, even after closing the tab — so a conversation started on your site can finish anywhere.
Beyond the conversation
A chat that knows who it is talking to
Most live chat tools stop at the message. Because DaoudChat also handles your orders and subscriptions, the agent sees the customer's record while they type — no second tab, no copy-pasted order number.
- Current orders and their status, next to the conversation
- Active subscriptions and renewal dates
- Past exchanges, across the widget and the mobile app
See how order and subscription management plugs into the same customer record, and what it costs on the pricing page.

Live chat widget FAQ
How do I install the live chat widget on my website?
You paste one line of script before the closing body tag of your pages. The widget appears immediately, with no plugin to install and no build step. The same snippet works on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and hand-coded sites.
Will a website chat widget slow down my site?
No. The script loads asynchronously after your page has rendered, so it never blocks your content or your Core Web Vitals. Nothing is fetched until the browser is idle.
Can visitors send files or voice messages in the chat?
Yes. Visitors can attach photos, documents and voice notes directly in the conversation, which is useful for screenshots, invoices, order references and product photos.
Does the chat widget support other languages than English?
The widget interface is available in English, French, Arabic, Spanish and Portuguese. It detects the visitor's browser language automatically, and switches to a right-to-left layout for Arabic.
Do visitors keep their conversation history between visits?
Yes. A visitor who comes back later reopens the same thread and sees everything that was said before, so they never have to explain their problem twice.
